Youth Dog Trial

Introducing young handlers to the joy of working dogs.

Spring Exeter, CA Free for youth participants

About this event

The Youth Dog Trial is a dog training event built for young handlers and their families. Guided by experienced mentors, participants learn the fundamentals of obedience, field work, and responsible animal care in a supportive, low pressure setting. The day emphasizes patience, safety, and the bond between handler and dog. No experience is necessary, and youth without a dog can be paired with a mentor and a trained dog for the day.
